UGC NET Exam June-2014
National Eligibilty Test conducted twice every year by the Government of India. For the post of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship(JRF), they conducted this exam twice in every year. This is the step 1 process for being an Assistant Professor.

How to Apply:
If you are applying first time for net exams, then you have to Register first at the UGC website and you will be provided with a password and your username will be your mail id.
First step you should complete your profile.
Next you should upload a photo(newly taken) with a resolution of 300 KB.
Next fill and submit the net application form through online.
After processing the above steps, your bank challan will be displayed through a link, you should click the link and take a print out of that page and deposit the mentioned amount in any State Bank of India branch.
After two days, your Application Form, Attendance Slip are all given in your page of UGC website.

- The candidates who are applying should completed Post Graduation or atleast studying their final year Post Graduation can apply for the net exams.
- Their age limit is categorized with their sections (General, OBC, SC, ST).
- The candidates are eligible to apply for their Post Graduation Discipline only.
