In 2013 XAT made many changes in pattern, Total number of questions increased from 85 to 91. In Previous year question paper, each question carried different weight-age with 1, 1.5 and 2-mark. when compared to previous edition two questions less in verbal ability and logical ability, while in data interpretation and quantitative ability eight more questions were added .
When answering to passage type section, keep it mind that the answers are not correctly located within the given passage. So after reading a question don't search for answer immediately, it checks the understanding capacity of the reader, some controversial terms used in the passage by the author.
