APPSC AP Panchayat Secretary notification 2014

Andhra Pradesh Public service Commission (APPSC) announced recruitment for Panchayat Secretary Posts. Applications invited from 04.01.2014 by notification no: 8/2013, for position Panchayat Raj Secretary (Grade IV) in AP Panchayat Raj Subordinate Services. Total number of Vacancies for this positions is 2677.

Eligibility criteria : Graduation from any recognized university, age limit is Min 18 - Max 36

Andhra Pradesh Public service Commission recruit the candidate by conducting written exam, There are two papers of 150 marks. Syllabus for paper I and II are given bellow

Paper-I  General studies
(National international and regional events and developments, Logical reasoning, Economic development of India, Disaster management of CBSE IX Standard and History of modern India)

Paper-II  Rural development in Andhra Pradesh,
(Public health and sanitation prevention of epidemics, hygiene, village development, Indian system of Democracy, Rural Economy and Development and basic accounting, Democratic Institutions, Social tensions and conflicts in contemporary society, Panchayat Raj Institutions, Co - Operative Institutions and their role)

The written examination will be conduct on 23.02.2014

Candidate can apply from online by visiting the official website www.apspsc.gov.in, application fee Rs.100 and examination fee  Rs.80. Fees can paid in Andhra Pradesh online center or in State Bank of India. Last date of payment is 20.01.2014
